THE POOL
Leave the stress behind you in our large swimming pool, an oasis of peacefulness located in the upper part of the property, surrounded by beautiful vegetation dominated by the red color of the roses and the scent of lavender. It overlooks a breathtaking panoramic view of the Petrignano valley. It has loungers and umbrellas on a rustic terracotta floor, shower, gazebo with tables and armchairs, comfortable access to the water by steps, dressing room with bathroom.

BREAKFAST BUFFET WITH LOCAL PRODUCTS
Our aim is to focus on the regional flavours providing a breakfast buffet rich in local products from sweet to savoury such as yoghurt and cheese from the local dairy, jams and organic fruit juices from Umbrian production, fresh fruit, pastries and vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free to be enjoyed comfortably in the internal areas or on the patio overlooking the hills.
Breakfast is served from 8:30 to 10:30

Sunset is certainly one of the most beautiful moments of the day which we invite you to
admire from our terrace,overlooking the Petrignano valley, it offers a breathtaking panorama that extends up to the hill of Perugia. At nightfall you will enjoy a unique show, perhaps in front of a glass of wine or simply immersed in your thoughts.

For all our guests there is a large and safe internal car park which gives direct access to the rooms

Self check-in is provided for our guests, a practical and fast method that allows you to get the keys for your apartment in complete autonomy from 15:30 to 21:00 without the intervention of our staff
